Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 22 October 2019, amendments and additions were made to some acts of the Government.

According to the resolution, now one permit is issued to hotels for several stationary retail outlets selling alcoholic products (bar, minibar, cafe, restaurant) to the hotel, owned by the hotel and located inside it.

It should be noted that the Regulation on the procedure for issuing permits for the right to sell alcoholic beverages by public catering enterprises, approved by Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 89 of March 28, 2012, allowed catering hotels to sell alcohol only on the basis of permits for each catering facility.

The main purpose of canceling the receipt of several permits is to provide the hotel business with the opportunity to further improve and improve the quality of the services they provide that meet modern standards and requirements.
