The instruction "On the Procedure for Confiscating, Storing, and Transferring Crypto Assets Identified during Pre-trial and Criminal Investigations" has been registered with the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.
According to the instruction, crypto assets may be confiscated, arrested, used for restitution, or accepted as evidence during pre-trial and criminal investigations.
Investigations and investigative actions related to crypto assets must be conducted by specialists with the necessary skills to work with such assets.

Information from service providers and miners
Data from regulatory (licensing) bodies

During the investigation, evidence related to crypto assets may be found in the following objects:
Information devices
Crypto wallets
Handwritten notes and records on paper, notebooks, or other items
The accounting of seized, confiscated, and recognized as evidence crypto assets will be managed by the investigating and pre-investigation authorities.
