Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim, who is on a three-day official visit to Uzbekistan, left for Samarkand this morning.

The guest was seen off at the Tashkent international airport by the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov and other officials.

On 17 May, Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim arrived in Tashkent at the invitation of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

On the same day, fruitful bilateral negotiations took place at the highest level.

According to the visit program, the head of the Malaysian government will visit Samarkand and Bukhara on 18-19 May, where he will get acquainted with the rich cultural, historical and spiritual heritage of our people, and will also take part in a joint business forum.
