Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis passed the law on 13 March 2013 and Senate approve dit on 28 March 2013. The law came into force on 19 April 2013.

The document is aimed at further improving current order of legislation process at the Legislative Chamber, improve procedural mechanism on participation of political party factions and MPs Groups at consideration of laws at lower house of parliament.

The law will raise professional activity of MPs and role of political parties factions and MPs Groups in development and adoption of laws and legal documents, discussion and improvement of adopted laws, etc.

The law will help to raise opportunities of political party factions and MPs Groups in all stages of law adoption, protect their positions on laws, etc.

The law sets that representatives of responsible committee will deliver opinion and proposals of political factions about the draft law at the session of Legislative Chamber.

The document envisages creation of coordination group on organization of consideration of proposed draft laws and drafts of other normative documents under the Council of the Legislative Chamber.
