Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has departed for the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

During his visit, Uzbek leader will visit industrial enterprises, IT facilities, and social infrastructure projects, as well as assess the living conditions in local mahallas (neighborhoods).

During the trip, new complexes will be inaugurated, and additional projects will be launched.

On 20 August, in Nukus, the President is scheduled to hold a dialogue with entrepreneurs from the region.
