President says e-government system is not used fully
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Effective operation of Electronic Government system is one of urgent and actual issues for now and future, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers.
President said that the system is not used fully and some departments were not connected to it and actually do not know what to do with it.
He said that over 6,000 appeals of legal entities and citizens of 534,000 were not considered or did not receive responses in 2016.
About 1,000 legal acts out of 4,000 were published for discussion. The system is not working efficiently in majority of city or district administrations.
Large enterprises and economic unions are not showing initiatives on introduction of information-communication technologies, he said.
Among them are Uzbekneftegaz, Uzdonmahsulor, Uzfarmsanoat, Uzbekcharmpoyabzali, Uzstroymateriali, Mirziyoyev said.
Uzbek leader said that the country cannot solve many problems in such approach. He said that it is necessary to discuss current state in the field.
