President of Uzbekistan nominated Abdulla Aripov for Prime Minister position
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has nominated Abdulla Aripov for the position of Prime Minister.
Currently, a joint session of both chambers of the Oliy Majlis is taking place, where the approval of the head of government is being discussed.
It is worth noting that on 19 November, the Government of Uzbekistan officially resigned in front of the newly elected parliament.
