Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as part of the Uzbekistan – France Business Forum in Samarkand, met with the Chairman of the Lactalis, Emmanuel Besnier.

The company is the world’s largest producer of dairy and cheese products. It owns 270 factories in 52 countries.

At the meeting, the President of Uzbekistan welcomed the company’s plans to produce dairy products in Namangan.
