Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has concluded his program of a working visit to Astana.

Yesterday, on 3 July, the head of state held talks with the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, during which issues of deepening bilateral relations were discussed.

There was also a meeting with the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif, where the expansion of cooperation between the two countries was discussed.

Today, the President of Uzbekistan participated in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and a meeting in the "SCO plus" format, where important proposals and initiatives were put forward for further expanding multi-faceted partnership within the organization.

Upon concluding the visit, at the international airport of Astana, the President of Uzbekistan was seen off by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektenov, and other officials. The head of our state departed back to Tashkent.
