Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 3 April, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhammedov arrived in Uzbekistan to participate in the first "Central Asia – European Union" summit, which will be held under the chairmanship of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The distinguished guest was greeted at Samarkand International Airport by Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdullah Aripov and other official representatives.

Following the reception, the President of Turkmenistan proceeded to the next stage of his visit.
