Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 18 July, President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov arrived in Uzbekistan accompanied by his spouse for a state visit.
Upon the invitation of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the Kyrgyz leader will visit Uzbekistan from 18 to 19 July.
They were greeted at the international airport of Tashkent by the head of the state and his spouse.
In honor of the distinguished guest, the national flags of both countries were raised, and an honor guard was lined up.
According to the visit’s program, high-level negotiations will take place.
The presidents of both countries will discuss further deepening of Uzbek-Kyrgyz relations as comprehensive strategic partners.
Following the summit, the launch of several major joint cooperation projects and the signing of a significant package of bilateral documents are planned.
