Uzbekistan and South Korea are developing cooperation in the sphere of ICT for a long time, including in forming the e-government.

The sides underlined that Tashkent University of Information Technologies and University of Inha have set close relations. A group of teachers from Uzbek university are undergoing training at the South Korean University now. It is planned to send 60 youn specialists from Uzbekistan to South Korea to study in ICT sphere in 2014.

The sides considered perspectives of developing cooperation in training IT specialists. The sides underlined that the cooperation of Uzbekistan and South Korea in training IT specialists would help to train highly skilled experts.

Within the visit to Uzbekistan, the Korean delegation will also hold negotiations at the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and several universities.
