Uzbekistan 22/02/2008 President Islam Karimov leaves for Moscow


Russia’s Itar-Tass reported quoting Kremlin official that the summit plans to discuss interaction in the implementation of joint projects in the social and humanitarian spheres concordant with the Russian national projects supervised by the first deputy prime minister," the official said.

The report said the presidents of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, Azerbaijan, and Armenia will participate.

The official listed economic cooperation, migration, transportation, and humanitarian cooperation among the main items on the summit agenda.
