Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Within the framework of the large-scale international project “Global Money Week”, organized in order to increase the financial literacy of the population, on 17 February 2020, the Central Bank organized a regular meeting of the working group with the participation of representatives of the Capital Development Agency, Tashkent financial institution, IFC, Agency for the Development of Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Agency for the Development of the Insurance Market and Commercial Banks.

During the event, a number of issues were discussed on the plan of activities scheduled for implementation during the Global Money Week on 23-28 March, in particular, the organization of competitions among schoolchildren, youth, organization of meetings with entrepreneurs, visits to commercial banks and exchanges, a museum of money other.

The issues of media coverage of events and the organization of the financial services festival were also considered.

Events will be held in Tashkent and in the regions of the republic.
