Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Presidential Resolution "On the preparation and holding of the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was adopted.

For a worthy meeting and celebration at a high level of the 32nd anniversary of the state independence of Uzbekistan, the following were approved:

the composition of the Republican Commission for the preparation and holding of the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

A program of organizational, practical, spiritual and educational events embodying the noble idea "In the name of a new life, in the name of New Uzbekistan!".

The Republican Commission was instructed to create educational groups from among well-known figures of science, culture and art, athletes in order to effectively hold "three generations" meetings, conferences, literary and artistic evenings, days of national cinema and other events among the general public in all regions.

Particular attention will be paid to:

organization in mahallas, educational institutions and labor collectives of spiritual and educational meetings and conversations about fundamental reforms carried out in accordance with the updated Constitution and within the priority areas of the Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030";

wide coverage, based on specific examples of large-scale reforms carried out in the republic in recent years to develop all sectors of the economy and their results;

comprehensive disclosure of the meaning of the vital principle “Every day is an opportunity, every day is the foundation for the future”;

implemented social programs for the development of health care, science, culture and art, sports, providing constant care and attention to the older generation, women and youth, strengthening the protection of the family, motherhood and childhood, etc.

The festivities are funded by:

in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions - at the expense of additional sources of relevant local budgets, as well as charitable funds of individuals and legal entities;

in Tashkent - at the expense of the republican budget and the local budget of the city of Tashkent in equal shares in accordance with the cost estimate approved by the Republican Commission.
