The plot of the play are based on such works as “West-Eastern Divan” of Goethe, “Tattabubu” of Zulfikarov, “Layla and Majnun” of Navoi and “Sheikh Sanan” of Attar.

Late in the evening wandering stranger comes to tavern “West-East” and there meets two men - Dervish and Kravchev . Inspired by the dialogue, they talked until morning about love.

The play harmoniously combines fine poems of classics eastern and western poetry , making it deeply touches the soul and makes us think about the complexity of the relationship between man and woman.

The performance will be accompanied by English subtitles.
