Powers of probation department staff to be expanded
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
The new changes include stricter measures for individuals under administrative and probation supervision.
Additionally, the law expands the powers of probation department staff within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
