According to the presidential resolution from 17 February 2021, on measures to create conditions for the accelerated implementation of artificial intelligence technologies, comprehensive conditions have been established for the development and deployment of software products in this field.

At the initial stage, work began on applying these technologies to enhance the quality of customer service and optimize internal processes.

Under the project, new software tools will support business processes, particularly in automating customer inquiries, providing specific recommendations on banking products, and optimizing interactions with them.

This mechanism will also ensure prompt resolution of customer requests and provide personalized services.

Overall, the use of artificial intelligence technologies represents another important step towards improving business processes in the bank and will be implemented consistently.
