The trial of Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev ends

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 19 July, the open trial in the criminal case against Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev (Bakhti Tashkentskiy) and 36 other citizens, accused of extortion, fraud, grievous bodily harm, and other crimes, concluded.

This criminal case was heard in the court of first instance under the chairmanship of T. Obidov, the presiding judge of the Shaykhontokhur district criminal court. The court delivered the following sentences:

Bakhtiyor Kudratullaev was found guilty under Paragraph "g" Part 3 Article 104, Part 2 Article 109, Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165, Paragraph "v" Part 4 Article 168, Part 1 Article 242, Article 243, and Paragraphs "a, b" Part 2 Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 20 years in a special regime colony with mandatory drug treatment.

Shukurali Kurbanov was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 and Paragraphs "a, v" Part 4 Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 8 years and 2 months in a general regime colony.

Bekzod Zafarov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 and Paragraph "v" Part 4 Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 11 years in a general regime colony.

Shahriyer Rakhimov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165, Paragraph "v" Part 4 Article 168, and Paragraph "a" Part 2 Article 276 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 17 years in a general regime colony with mandatory drug treatment.

Abboskhon Khodjaev was found guilty under Paragraph "g" Part 3 Article 104 and Paragraphs "a, v" Part 2 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 7 years, 3 months, and 20 days in a general regime colony.

Dilshod Sharipov was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 14 years, 10 months, and 14 days in a special regime colony.

Anvar Mirzakhanov was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 and Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 13 years in a general regime colony.

Sherali Sulaimonkulov was found guilty under Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 3 years in a settlement colony.

Akmalbek Norkulov was found guilty under Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 3 years in a settlement colony.

Sanzhar Khatamov was found guilty under Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months in a general regime colony with the deprivation of the right to hold financially responsible positions for 2 years.

Nargiza Jumaniyazova was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. She was sentenced to 4 years, 4 months, and 24 days of restricted freedom.

Ramzes Shakurov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 6 years, 8 months, and 14 days in a general regime colony with mandatory drug treatment.

Shukhrat Kudratullaev was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in a special regime colony.

Toir Turmonov was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 10 years in a general regime colony.

Feruz Vapaev was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 and Paragraph "a" Part 4 Article 168 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 8 years, 10 months, and 18 days in a strict regime colony.

Matlab Nasyrokhodjaev was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 and Part 1 Article 166 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 12 years in a special regime colony.

Davlathuzha Muminhuzhaev was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in a general regime colony.

Mahmoudjon Usmonboev was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 9 years and 6 months in a general regime colony.

Muitdin Shodmanov was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165, Paragraph "a" Part 4 Article 168, and Paragraphs "a, b" Part 3 and Part 3 Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 10 years and 6 months in a strict regime colony.

B. Khudayarov was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 10 years in a special regime colony.

Avaz Mashrafkhanov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in a general regime colony.

Valijon Kurbanov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months in a general regime colony.

Alimardon Mahamadiyorov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 3 years, 6 months, and 21 days in a general regime colony.

Asadullo Juraev was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 5 years in a general regime colony.

Bakhtiyor Bakaev was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 9 years in a strict regime colony.

Ikhtiyor Kudratullaev was found guilty under Paragraphs "a, v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 9 years in a general regime colony.

Aziz Ibragimov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in a strict regime colony.

Tursunbay Rakhimov was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 and Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in a general regime colony.

Muhammad Kudratullaev was found guilty under Paragraph "v" Part 3 Article 165 and Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 5 years in a general regime colony.

Tashmukhamad Saidaliyev was found guilty under Part 1 Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 4 years in a general regime colony.

Furkat Samatov was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony.

Khabibullo Iminov was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 241 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment in a general regime colony.

The case also included the consideration of the victims’ claims for compensation for damages and their recognition as civil plaintiffs. The court partially satisfied the claims, ordering the convicted individuals to pay certain amounts to the victims.
