Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The National Agency of Perspective Projects of Uzbekistan (NAPP) has suspended the license of JSC Agros Hayot Sug’urta Kompaniyasi for 6 months.

According to the agency, the license suspension took effect on 9 July 2024, for a duration of six months.

The NAAP noted that Agros Hayot Sug’urta Kompaniyasi obtained its license on 21 June 2022, under the number 030526. The regulator emphasized that the suspension was based on a voluntary application from the insurer.

During the suspension period, Agros Hayot Sug’urta Kompaniyasi is prohibited from entering into new insurance (reinsurance) contracts and extending the terms of existing insurance (reinsurance) contracts.

The company is required to fulfill its obligations under previously concluded insurance (reinsurance) contracts in accordance with established procedures.

It is noteworthy that Agros Hayot Sug’urta Kompaniyasi’s license was already suspended for 10 days starting from 28 June 2024.
