Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – Hungarian OTP Bank Nyrt has offered minority shareholders of JSCIB Ipoteka-Bank to sell their shares.

OTP Bank Nyrt, which owns 79.58% of the shares of JSCIB Ipoteka-Bank, offered other shareholders to sell their shares under the following conditions: the proposed price for each common share is 1.1 soums, and for each preferred share - 3 soums.

Shareholders wishing to sell their shares at the specified price may send written consent to the bank within 30 calendar days, until the end of the business day on 24 July 2024.
