Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 29 May 2024, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan with a delegation led by the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kutahya region of Türkiye, Esin Gural Argat.

During the meeting, the current state of trade, economic and investment cooperation, as well as further steps to strengthen partnerships with business circles in the region were discussed.

The Turkish side highly appreciated the economic reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan and the favorable conditions created for investors.

Readiness and interest in implementing joint projects in the leather and footwear, electrical, pharmaceutical, geological and jewelry industries were expressed.

Kutahya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, founded in 1926, unites about 100 Turkish companies operating in the food, construction, trading, mining, chemical, textile, jewelry and service industries.
