Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A memorandum was signed between the Ministry of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan and the UAE Ministry of Investment.
The Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan Sherzod Shermatov met with the Minister of Investment of the United Arab Emirates Muhammad Hassan Alsuwaidi.
Guests were given a presentation about the activities of IT Park and were introduced in detail to the activities of the Unified Integrator - UZINFOCOM.
At the meeting, the UAE Minister of Investment highly appreciated the initiative of the Ministry of Digital Technologies to establish mutual cooperation.
Opportunities for cooperation in the field of digital technologies in Uzbekistan, development of cloud technology services, development of large language models (LLM) for Uzbekistan using existing artificial intelligence infrastructure data, artificial intelligence, foreign proposals for cooperation to increase the number of local talents in the field of language learning were also explored.
Minister Sherzod Shermatov informed about the work and projects carried out in the field of information technology and digitalization in the ministry and system organizations, and emphasized the importance of close cooperation in these areas.
Following the meeting, the parties signed a memorandum of investment cooperation on data center and artificial intelligence projects.
