Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of members of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan visited Hungary as part of an exchange of experience on further strengthening democratic processes in our republic, Dunyo news agency reports.
During the meetings, negotiations took place with the Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary Sandor Lejak, as well as the leadership of leading political and expert analytical institutions.
The parties highly appreciated the fundamental reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan in all aspects of political and socio-economic life. It is emphasized that these changes are aimed at building a new state in which human rights, freedoms and legitimate interests are considered the highest value.
As a result of the meetings, agreements were reached between the parties to establish cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
