Russian company to build a business center in Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Russian company Stroyproekt will build a modern business center worth US$10 million in Tashkent, the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry said.

During the visit of representatives of the business community of the Russian Federation under the leadership of the Governor of St. Petersburg in October 2021, it was proposed to implement a project to build a modern business center in Tashkent.

The new facility is planned to be located between the Alisher Navoi Cinema Palace (Panorama) and the Pakhtakor stadium.

Stroyproekt from St. Petersburg is responsible for the implementation of the idea.

The construction of the facility will be financed by the investor within the framework of a public-private partnership. The investment volume will be US$10 million.

During the construction of the business center, there are no plans to destroy trees on the land plot or adjacent territory. In addition, an inventory of all existing trees is being carried out jointly with the Ministry of Ecology, each of which will be numbered.

The business center will operate on the basis of modern energy-saving systems and technologies, including the use of alternative energy sources.

As part of the project, the Tashkent City Administration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tashkent International Arbitration Center (TIAC) will be located in the business center free of charge.

The business center building will be equipped with an additional two-story underground parking lot using modern urban planning solutions.
