Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A bus, which was involved in a traffic accident in Samara region, was transporting citizens of Uzbekistan to Nizhny Novgorod.

The prosecutor’s office of Samara region noted that at about 2:00 local time on 8 April, the driver lost control, as a result of which the bus slid into a ditch and overturned on the Ural-Mukhanovo highway near the village of Alakaevka in Samara region.

It is clarified that the Scania bus, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, was transporting citizens of Uzbekistan.

According to Russian media, two people died as a result of the incident, and another 10 people were hospitalized.
