Citizens will not need to collect documents and contact the regional offices of the Pension Fund at their place of residence to assign a pension.

Personal data, work experience, salary and family composition will be obtained from the electronic databases of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Labor and the Tax Committee.

At the same time, citizens who do not agree with the amount of the pension can at any time submit additional documents affecting the amount of the pension.

From 1 January 2024, citizens are given the opportunity to apply for a pension through the Public Service Centers or through the Unified interactive portal of public services.

Also, starting from the new year, the procedure for issuing a certificate from the Pension Fund on paper in order to receive pension money accumulated in Khalq Bank after assigning a pension to citizens is canceled.

In this case, you can receive funds accumulated by a resident based on monthly deductions during his work at Khalq Bank through the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services or the bank’s mobile application.
