Representatives of foreign affairs ministry, parliament, ministry and departments, experts and public, as well as business circles of Indonesia participated at the event.

The report said the participants got acquainted with current trends in social-political life of Uzbekistan, achievements in economy, cultural-humanitarian and others spheres of Uzbekistan.

Director of Southern and Central Asian Affairs of Foreign Affairs Ministry Asruhin noted that current state and scale of Uzbekistan’s economic development represent serious interest for long-term trade-economic and investment interaction between countries.

Representative of Tifar Holding Abdul Qadir Alatas praised the potential of free industrial and economic zone in Navoi. He said its comfortable geographic location should expand business relations between businesses of two states.
