A meeting with the Ambassador of Indonesia to Uzbekistan was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 1 June this year, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov met with Indonesian Ambassador to Uzbekistan Sunaryo Kartadinata.
The purpose of the meeting was to exchange views on the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries, as well as to consider the possibility of organizing a meeting between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the two countries.
It is worth noting that the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia), is a subordinate organization of the Indonesian Chambers of Commerce and Associations, has 34 regional chambers and 514 district offices.
KADIN Indonesia is the only nationwide business organization authorized to speak on behalf of private business, maintaining privileged relationships with government officials and covering all relevant sectors.
During the meeting, the Ambassador of Indonesia proposed to increase the volume of bilateral trade by jointly organizing the first Indonesian-Uzbek business forum, as well as trade missions and business meetings in 2024, the press service of the CCI reported.
