Article 115 of the draft Constitution provides that the Cabinet of Ministers must ensure the effective functioning of the system of social protection of the population, including persons with disabilities.

It should also be noted that the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law “On the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” were first published in Braille at the initiative of the National Center for Human Rights in 2020.
