Cooperation with Kazakhstan in the field of ecology and environmental protection to be established

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Presidential resolution “On Approval of an International Treaty" was adopted.

In accordance with the resolution, an Agreement was approved between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of Uzbekistan on cooperation in the field of ecology and environmental protection.

This Agreement was signed on 22 December 2022 in the city of Tashkent.

The Ministry of Natural Resources has been designated as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international treaty.

The Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of relevant ministries and departments ensure the fulfillment of the obligations of Uzbekistan after the entry into force of this international treaty.
