Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to the Agency on Statistics. in January-December 2022, the highest indicator of the average monthly salary by type of economic activity was in banking, insurance, leasing and credit intermediary activities – 10.81 million soums.

Also in the field of information and communication, it reached 7.55 million soums, transportation and storage – 5.08 million soums, industry – 4.92 million soums, which is significantly higher than the national average. In the field of education and healthcare, as well as the provision of social services, there is a low level of average monthly wages, respectively, 2.7 million soums and 2.61 million soums.

The highest average monthly wages by type of industrial and economic activity are in Navoi region (7.44 million soums), the city of Tashkent (5.56 million soums), Tashkent (5.07 million soums), Andijan (4.81 million soums) and Kashkadarya (4.67 million soums) regions.

The highest indicator of the average monthly salary in the main sectors of the trade sector was recorded in the wholesale trade in food products, including drinks and tobacco (5.46 million soums), the lowest indicator was noted in retail trade, except for trade in cars and motorcycles (3.65 million soums).

The highest indicator of the average monthly salary in the main sectors of the type of economic activity transportation and storage was in warehouse and auxiliary transport activities (8.45 million soums), and the lowest in the postal and courier service (2.41 million soums).

The highest indicator of the average monthly salary by type of economic activity of transportation and storage was observed in Khorezm region (6.48 million soums), the city of Tashkent (6.07 million soums), Bukhara region (5.27 million soums). High growth rates were recorded in Jizzakh (+77.3%), Syrdarya (+72.7%), Tashkent (+50.0%) and Khorezm (+36.5%) regions.

In banking, insurance, leasing and credit-intermediary activities, the highest indicator of the average monthly wage was in the support activities for the provision of financial services and in insurance (12.27 million soums), and the lowest indicator was noted in insurance, reinsurance and pension activities. funds, except for compulsory social insurance (10.3 million soums).

In the regions, the highest average monthly salary in the field of accommodation and catering services was in the city of Tashkent (3.65 million soums), the Republic of Karakalpakstan (3.06 million soums) and Surkhandarya (2.88 million soums) region. High growth rates were noted in the city of Tashkent (+32.2%) and Syrdarya (+31.5%) region.

The highest average monthly salary in the field of art, entertainment and recreation was in Tashkent (4.95 million soums), Namangan (3.94 million soums) regions and the city of Tashkent (3.4 million). High growth rates were recorded in Namangan (+37.1%), Samarkand (+36.0%) and Ferghana (+28.1%) regions.
