The village of "Dara" in Navoi is turning into a tourist village

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The village of "Dara", located in the Nurata district of the Navoi region, is turning into a tourist village. This is done on the basis of Statement No. 68 of the videoconference held under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on September 19, 2022.

Currently, the Main Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Navoi region is carrying out a number of works. In particular, 3 family guest houses, 5 gastronomic houses, 2 old houses and a house-museum, where old items are stored, as well as 2 craft workshops, began their activities in the village of Dara.

At the same time, in order to develop additional types of tourism and services, 2 sports and walking services, 3 food outlets, and 8 retail outlets have been organized in this mahalla.

In addition, in 2023-2024, it is planned to build 3 selfie zones, a suspension bridge, 2 parking lots, 30 recreation areas and 2 toilets in the Dara village.

Recall that earlier, for the convenience of tourists, roads leading to another tourist village in Sentob in the Navoi region were repaired.
