“A special merit in this is the presidents of our states - Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The established good traditions of many years of productive cooperation have become a solid basis for interaction between our countries. In these difficult times, our states have maintained an effective trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian partnership,” R. Minnikhanov noted.

“Commodity turnover last year amounted to about US$200 million. In the first half of this year, the trade turnover showed good growth, by another 34%,” he said.
