During the meeting, Dr Michel Tailhades noted positive opinions on joint work and events at the regional WHO office and readiness to continue constructive relations.

It was noted seminars on healthcare and human rights are organized only in Uzbekistan among Central Asian states. The sides discussed further cooperation and summed up results of seminars on patients’ rights at healthcare establishments.

Based on them, it is planned to organize new events with attraction of specialists of Scandinavian Public Health School in Stockholm, who are ready to assist to determine optimal forms of healthcare reforms in Uzbekistan through improving skills of medical workers.
