Practical assistance to be provided to the activities of the educational center for training citizens of Afghanistan in Termez district
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Senators working in the Senate on a permanent basis carry out activities directly in the regions. Senators explain in detail to the deputies of local Kengashes, residents and representatives of local authorities the essence and content of the approved laws and other issues considered at the 32nd plenary session of the upper house of parliament.
At the same time, they get acquainted with the socio-economic development of the regions, paying special attention to the issue of taking practical measures to eliminate the problems that concern the population.
Having completed studies in Kashkadarya region, senior officials working simultaneously in two groups in Surkhandarya region got acquainted with the activities of the educational center for training Afghan citizens in Termez district.
Members of the working group were interested in the conditions of training of Afghan women in the center, as well as the course of their training in professions.
Today, the center has established training in the modular form of curricula in 18 areas of higher education, 19 areas of secondary specialized, vocational education and advanced training. Currently, 136 students study at the center.
Mukhabbat Kayumova, a member of the Club of Women Entrepreneurs under the Republican Commission on the Enhancement of the Role of Women in Society, Gender Equality and the Family, who works as part of the working group, during the study promised to hire 10 Afghan women from the center who are undergoing professional training in her enterprise.
The working group informed that practical assistance would be provided in the creation of dental and fitness rooms equipped with the latest modern facilities in order to strengthen the material and technical base of the educational center for training the citizens of Afghanistan and create additional amenities for students.
