Over the past six months, 4299 out of 8742 appeals received by the Ministry of Transport were satisfied

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Over the past six months, 4299 out of 8742 appeals received by the Ministry of Transport were satisfied.

Of these, 6,510 appeals were received through the Virtual Reception of the President, 632 - orally, 135 - in electronic form and 1,220 - in writing, 245 - through the official website of the ministry. Navruz Ashurmatov, head of the information service of the ministry, announced this at a briefing at AIMC.

4229 appeals received in the first half of the year were satisfied. Clarifications have been given for 3967. 129 were sent to other organizations according to their jurisdiction. 316 appeals are under consideration, 20 were rejected without consideration, 11 were cancelled.
