The procedure for determining the rating of educational organizations that train drivers has been determined

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The Government approved the Regulations on the procedure for determining the rating of educational organizations that provide training, retraining and advanced training for drivers of motor vehicles.

According to the Regulations, the rating assessment is carried out on the basis of the following indicators:

- the results of a theoretical and practical exam for obtaining a driver's license for graduates of educational organizations;

- penalty points for non-compliance with traffic rules by graduates of educational organizations until the end of the year after obtaining a driver's license;

- the number of traffic accidents committed through the fault of graduates of educational organizations on the basis of a court decision that entered into force at the end of the year;

- information on the number of teachers with higher education or academic degrees working in educational institutions on a regular basis.

The evaluation of the rating of educational organizations is carried out by the Road Safety Service on the basis of indicators.

The rating of educational organizations is divided into the following categories:

- from 81 to 100 points - "green";

- from 51 to 80 points - "yellow";

- below 50 points - "red".

Rating indicators of points are maintained in a single form for the republic and are calculated at the end of the year separately for the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and the city of Tashkent.

The ranking results are published annually on 25 January in the media and social networks.

The regulation comes into force on 1 September 2022.
