A new route taxi launched in Samarkand, linking tourist streets
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In order to ensure the implementation of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On additional measures to diversify domestic tourism services", a new fixed-route taxi was launched connecting the tourist streets of the city of Samarkand. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan.
This fixed-route taxi No. 1 starts moving from Registan Square, then along University Boulevard, Orzu Mahmudov, Uzbekistan, Shohruh Mirzo, Mirzo Ulugbek, Ogakhiy streets and ends on Bozorova Street.
Transportation of passengers is carried out on the transport brand Changan MIDIBUS G 60. The fare is 3000 soums.
