Over the past period of this year, the Consumer Protection Agency received more than 90 appeals from consumers from all over the country through the popular TV store HOP SHOP, and the amount of damage is more than 51 million soums. Without being able to evaluate the product, consumers are often disappointed after delivery. In their appeals, they complain that the ordered goods did not meet their expectations, because they said one thing on TV, but in reality it turned out to be completely different.

Anchors promote various products, promising high quality at an attractive price. The funniest side of advertising is that the discounts offered are valid only during the show!
When a product is actively advertised on a TV channel, persistently talking about its super quality at a low price, the consumer unwittingly becomes a hostage to such cunning marketing tricks. Often, at the end of the video, they offer to immediately call the specified phone number and purchase the product. The consumer, without noticing it, makes an order.
QUALITY AT AN ATTRACTIVE PRICE.
Dear consumers, we remind you that according to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, consumers have the right to receive reliable and complete information about the product, as well as the seller and the right to free choice and proper quality of the product.
The law states that if the provision of false or insufficiently complete information about a product resulted in the purchase of a product that does not have the necessary consumer properties, then the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and demand compensation for the losses caused to him.
Consumer claims for damages caused by inaccurate or insufficiently complete information about the product are considered based on the assumption that the consumer does not have special knowledge about the properties and characteristics of the product being purchased.
Losses caused to the consumer by goods purchased as a result of unfair advertising are subject to compensation by the seller in full.
Dear consumers, we remind you that a person who has bought a defective product has 5 options that allow him to protect his rights.
This is a replacement for a good quality product of a similar brand (model, article); replacement for the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price; gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods or reimbursement of expenses for the correction of defects by the consumer or a third party; commensurate reduction in the purchase price; termination of the contract with compensation for losses incurred. The consumer can use these rights if defects are discovered during the warranty period.
