A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Finance and the Joint-Stock Commercial Bank "Khalq Banki"

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Information Technology Center of the Ministry of Finance signed a memorandum of cooperation between the Information Technology Center and the payment service provider "Khalq Banki" on the development of the software package "UzASBO" and the creation of conditions for the provision of modern technology services to the budget organizations.

It is planned to create services for the implementation of the "Monthly Monitoring" service (a service for obtaining complete information about monthly wages in electronic form) through the payment services of  "Khalq Banki"

The UzASBO software package, launched in 2011, currently has more than 30,000 registered budget organizations.

More than 4 million employees of public organizations are provided with salary services.

It is also planned to expand the list of these services in the future, as well as to make payments from the population to budget organizations. For example, to the Republican Target Book Fund under the Ministry of Public Education for the rental of books, for medical services provided in medical and preventive institutions, for the payment of contracts in institutions of higher and vocational education, for parents in institutions of preschool education."Khalq Banki" payment services for payment of fees and other services.

It is also planned that the "Khalq Banki" payment system will organize the issuance of microloans and microcredits to employees of budget organizations.
