Uzbekistan to take part in the global summit "Halal In Travel - Global Summit 2022"

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 31 May to 2 June 2022, Singapore will host Halal In Travel - Global Summit 2022, dedicated to the restoration and development of the Muslim tourism market.

This summit will bring together more than 70 industry professionals from around the world with expertise in the tourism industry.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Tourism and Cultural Heritage Aziz Abdukhakimov will speak on behalf of Uzbekistan (online). The Vice-President of Indonesia, the Minister of Tourism of the Maldives, the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture of Malaysia will also take part in the summit.

At the end of the summit, the inaugural award "Halal in Travel" will take place. These awards will be presented to destinations, organizations, companies and individuals that have made a significant impact on the Muslim lifestyle travel segment, spanning various categories.
