The document determines complex of measures, directed to improving system on keeping of book and control over electricity consumption, ensuring full payment for used electricity by legal entities, city and rural consumers.

In line with resolution, it is planned to introduce automatic system of keeping of book and control over electricity consumption by large legal entities. The data on used electricity will be delivered to regional enterprises of electricity networks.

In the next stages, it is planned to unite all electricity meters to one system.
