Chinese firms deliver drilling equipment to Uzbekneftegaz

China Petroleum Technology & Development Corporation (CPTDC) and China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) completed supply of drilling equipment to Uzbekneftegaz national holding company, the Uzbek company said in a statement.
The Uzbek company said the Chinese side supplied equipment for US$200 million. CPTDC delivered 23 sets of drilling equipment and four truck cranes, while SINOMACH supplied ten cementing aggregates.
The project, which realized in line with the presidential resolution, was financed due to loan of China Eximbank and own resources of Uzbekneftegaz.
Uzbekneftegaz said it currently uses 22 drilling equipment and assembling of one more drill is underway.
