National Guards of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan establish cooperation

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 November, a delegation of the National Guard of the Republic of Tajikistan, headed by the Commander of the Guard, Lieutenant General Bobodjon Jamolzoda, paid an official visit to Uzbekistan for the first time. This was reported by the press service of the National Guard of Uzbekistan.
A solemn meeting with the Commander of the National Guard, Major General Rustam Djuraev took place at the Central Office of the National Guard.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the main priority issues of development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
Following the meeting, the heads of departments signed a bilateral Plan of Practical Cooperation for 2022, which envisages the implementation of joint activities in the field of training, improving their combat and physical training, as well as the exchange of experience in all areas of service.
As part of the visit, the delegation visited the University of Public Security, the Specialized Training Center, Victory Park, as well as a number of units of the National Guard.
