KFU Rector meets with the head of the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Rector of Kazan Federal University Ilshat Gafurov met with the head of the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan (BFA) Timur Yadgarov and signed an agreement on cooperation in organizing joint educational programs.
Earlier in the videoconference mode, the parties discussed issues of international cooperation between universities in terms of organizing joint educational programs, where the main area of interest for both universities is MBA and double bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
Within the framework of today’s working visit of the BFA delegation to Kazan, an agreement was signed on the receipt of bilateral education by students enrolled in the educational programs of KFU and BFA.
The purpose of concluding this agreement is to improve the quality of education, the competitiveness of graduates, expand the access of students to various educational technologies and teaching aids, improve professional competencies through studying and mastering each other’s experience, as well as more efficient use of available educational resources.
Today, active interaction is carried out between Kazan University and educational organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The BFA of Uzbekistan is a large state educational, methodological, scientific, information and analytical center in the banking and financial sphere of the republic, as well as in the management system for training, retraining and advanced training of banking and financial management personnel.
