Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- According to WHO, over 646,000 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been identified in the world over the past 24 hours.
According to the World Health Organization, the number of people infected with coronavirus infection in the world is more than 134 million 957 thousand, of which more than 2 million 918 thousand people have died (as of 14:08 CET on April 11, 2021).
Over the past day, 646 863 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in the world, 10 712 patients have died.
According to current data from Johns Hopkins University (as of 09:21 am Tashkent time on April 12, 2021), more than 135 million 877 thousand people have been infected in the world, of which more than 2 million 935 thousand have died.
The leader in the number of confirmed cases remains the United States, where, according to WHO, more than 30.692 million infected have been identified. In second place is Brazil (over 13.373 million), in third - India (over 13.358 million), in fourth - France (4.945 million), in fifth - Russia (4.641 million).
