UzAuto Motors attracts a syndicated loan for up to 150 million euros

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- UzAuto Motors has attracted an international syndicated loan worth up to 150 million euros. The press service of the company said in a statement.

The international syndicated loan agreement was signed with the London branch of Credit Suisse AG. UzAuto Motors attracted an international syndicated loan for the first time.

According to UzAuto Motors, the funds raised will be used to finance investment projects of UzAuto Motors. In particular, the funds will be used to modernize and equip the plant and increase working capital.

UzAuto Motors emphasizes that the implementation of investment projects will allow the company to launch the production of new models of General Motors cars on the GEM platform.
