During the conversation, Silva praised the current state of and prospects for the development of Uzbek-Portuguese relations in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The Portuguese president expressed his country’s interest in the further development of mutually beneficial and equal cooperation between Uzbekistan and Portugal in the interests of the two countries’ peoples.
