Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A resolution of the President "On measures to organize the activities of the Victory Park Memorial Complex" was adopted.

According to the resolution, the activities of the Victory Park Memorial Complex are organized under the Ministry of Defense in the form of a state institution with the status of a legal entity.

The Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment of the Ministry of Defense, the Department of Information and Mass Communications, the Military Orchestra Service and the Central Song and Dance Ensemble of the Armed Forces are located on the territory of the Complex on the basis of the right of free use.

The Development Fund of the Victory Park Memorial Complex is being created at the Complex without the status of a legal entity.

The resolution introduces the post of adviser to the Minister of Defense for cultural affairs - head of the Victory Park Memorial Complex.

Also, the "Road Map" was approved for the organization and development of the Victory Park Memorial Complex.

The complex will have a seal and letterheads with the State Emblem and its name in the state language, as well as an independent balance sheet, bank accounts and bank accounts in foreign currency.

The head of the Complex is appointed and dismissed by the Minister of Defense in agreement with the Minister of Culture.

The State Museum "Shon-Sharaf" as part of the Complex is an institution with the status of a legal entity.

The memorial complex "Victory Park" and the Department of Information and Mass Communications in terms of their status, conditions of remuneration (salary) of workers (military personnel) are equated to the Main Directorate of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Defense.

On the territory of the Memorial Complex and the Shon-Sharaf State Museum, the sale of national commemorative gifts and copies of items stored in the museum will be carried out.
